Changes to My Account are here and we hope you’re enjoying them. The refresh of the look and new features provide better account management and enhancements to the underlying technology for a faster and more responsive experience.

The new My Account homepage is focused on your account and balance, providing quick options to manage and pay for your energy usage. 

My Property

The property section provides helpful features to manage the services at your property, including adding or moving property simply with a few clicks. 

My Usage

Energy consumption is visualised in monthly and daily usage (depending on meter type) and will provide you some insightful data on how you're tracking.

Meter Read

The new meter read section will allow you to select and update estimated reads (depending on meter type) and give you the ability to receive accurate, out-of-cycle balance updates. 


The new messaging section will allow you to send and receive secure messages to Contact about anything related to your account.
