Important things to know

  • To qualify for the 10% discount, you need to pay your bill in full and on time. There is no discount on LPG charges.
  • AA Smartfuel discounts can be used once on up to 50 litres of fuel. To maximise your savings, it pays to fill up as close to 50 litres as you can because your account balance will return to zero after each redemption. Once accumulated, discounts must be redeemed by the end of the following calendar month, e.g. a fuel discount dated 1 July 2017 through 31 July 2018 will expire on 31 August 2018. AA Smartfuel terms and conditions apply.
  • On this fixed term plan, there are circumstances where your pricing may change before the end of the term, for example, if there are changes to network costs, taxes, levies (such as the Electricity Authority Levy), or if the information we’ve relied on to set your price is incorrect. However, we will not adjust your price due to changes in the wholesale cost of energy or the cost of providing our retail services (such as metering, billing and customer care).
  • If you switch to another energy retailer before the end of the Plan, an early termination fee of $350 per installation control point (ICP) will apply.
