In addition to your salary, most permanent employees are also eligible for a performance incentive that’s available each year.
We believe that it’s important to take care of tomorrow, today. So to help make your golden years shine a little brighter, we’ll make a 3% annual employer contribution to your KiwiSaver fund.
RedMed – health insurance
RedMed is our employee health insurance plan, which provides all eligible employees with the benefits of private medical cover, at no cost. Health and safety is our number one priority at Contact, and RedMed is one way we can help provide some peace of mind. Southern Cross Health Society is our partner for this benefit.
You can look forward to generous discounts on your Contact electricity, gas and LPG bills. Sometimes – for any number of reasons – we realise you’ll need to be away from work. As well as the standard sick and bereavement leave entitlements, we’ll be as accommodating as we can because your wellbeing and life outside of work is important.
This includes an opportunity each year to purchase additional leave. If it’s practical, we are also open to providing flexible arrangements such as working from home, or flexible working hours. And if it’s a career break or sabbatical you’re after, we’ll do all we can to support your aspirations.
