We live, work and operate in communities throughout New Zealand. Our philosophy is to ‘be the neighbour you’d want to have’, which means we engage with and respect the rights of others, and ensure the safe and best practice operation of our sites.
Each of the communities we operate in have a very special place in Contact’s heart, and we like to recognise this by getting behind local community initiatives. Some of these events include the Contact Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge, the Alexandra Blossom Festival and Levin’s Te Takere Youth Space.
As a Contact employee, you’ll be a vital part of what we put back into communities. Once a year, we’ll give you a paid day off to donate your time to a local cause of your choice. And if you’re keen to fly the Contact flag at a sporting event that we’ve sponsored, we’ll cover your entry fee – and be there to cheer you on!
