From 1 October 2017, we’re bringing in some new fees. They apply if you get a paper bill, pay your bill in person at Westpac or PostShop or by credit or debit card.
If you want to avoid these fees, you could try doing things differently. Of course, if you don't want to change anything, then that's fine too. You'll find more info to help you decide below.
Please note, the fees will not apply to customers signed up on a fixed term plan as at 1 October 2017 until the plan ends. They also do not apply to PrePower customers, LPG bottled accounts or customers who are collectively invoiced.
Sign up for email billing in My Account
If you’re not already registered, it only takes a few minutes to set up an online account. (Sorry but some accounts do not currently have access to My Account. If that's you, e-mail us and we'll swap you to email billing pronto.)
Some of our residential plans offer 1% discount for getting all our correspondence by email, and another 1% for paying by direct debit. (If you are currently on a fixed term plan, you’ll be able to change when your current one ends.)
