Looks like you've been referred by a friend and already clicked on their unique link. That's all you have to do for step 1. If you don't sign up right away, remember to click the link when you return, otherwise we won't be able to apply your discount.

We’ll apply a $100 (incl. GST) discount to your bill at the end of the month that follows your sign up. So for example, if you sign up in July, it will applied to your account at the end of August.

Important things to know

  • Eligible for electricity and multiple product customers and potential customers.
  • The unique referral link must be used in order to qualify for this promotion and the associated discounts.
  • Both you and the friend who referred you must remain Contact customers for a period of at least 30 days from when you sign up.
  • The unique referral link is generated by an existing customer and shared with people they know electronically ie. email, messenger etc.
  • If you have received a message from a friend that contains a unique referral link, it should look similar to this: https://contact.co.nz/friends/randomletters. To claim the discount, you must follow this link, which will lead you to the page you are currently on, and you can complete your sign up from here. When you do this, the discount will be applied at the end of the month following your sign up.
