We are building our pipeline of future leaders and part of that includes offering a highly competitive starting salary for all graduates. As part of the programme everyone will receive six monthly performance and annual remuneration reviews. Secondly, the experience you have won't be the same, each graduate will have their own unique experience dependent on the team they join, rotations they complete and business unit they sit in. However, you will all be treated fairly and consistently.
There will be opportunities to come together as a graduate cohort throughout the 18-month programme to share experiences and connect with each other. Additionally, you will be connected with graduates from previous years to help you settle in and build your connections!
