Where can I see electricity prices and rates?

Firstly,  enter your address on our Price Estimate Tool to get an electricity only monthly bill estimate. Then, to see the rates specific to your estimates, click the View Rates button below the summer and winter price estimate. For more information, click here.

How do I set up direct debit?

You can set up your direct debit by logging into My Account or by downloading this form and emailing it back to us at help@contactenergy.co.nz

Moving house, adding another property or wanting to change your current plan?

I'm a Contact customer, how do I collect AA Smartfuel discounts?

Firstly, check that you're signed up to one of our Fuel Rewards Plans for either your home or business. Then, tell us your AA Smartfuel card number via our online enquiry form or by calling us at 0800 80 9000 and you'll be on your way to collecting points.
