Contact Mobile Recurring $25 Energy Credit Offer Terms and Conditions
The Contact Mobile Recurring $25 Energy Credit (“the Offer”) is available to new and existing Contact Energy electricity customers who add an eligible Contact mobile plan using the same name, account number, and email address listed on their Contact electricity account.
Eligible mobile plans mean the Small - 5GB, Medium - 20GB and Large - 75GB Contact mobile pay monthly plans. The Extra Small – 2GB Carryover plan is not included in the Offer.
The Offer is applied as one $25 (incl. GST) monthly credit to your electricity account per month for twelve months, totalling $300. There are instances where a credit may appear as exclusive of GST. In that case, the electricity credit will reflect the amount of $21.74.
The Promotional Period begins when you successfully connect to both Contact electricity and mobile services, and ends 12 months later. You must activate your SIM within 30 days of joining Contact Mobile to receive the credits.
You must retain both Contact electricity and mobile services during the Promotional Period to receive the Offer.
The credit will be applied to your Contact account within 30 days from when you are successfully connected to both Contact electricity and mobile services.
If you cancel Contact Energy electricity and/or mobile services during the Promotional Period, the Offer will cease to apply and no further credit will be applied to your electricity account. No credit or refund relating to the Offer will be given.
Contact reserves the right to investigate any activity it suspects to be fraudulent or not in good faith. Contact reserves the right to decline the Offer or remove the credit from your account if it considers you have acted fraudulently or not in good faith.
The Offer credit is not transferable, refundable nor redeemable for cash or cash equivalents.
Only one Offer is available per electricity connection.
Contact reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend this Offer without notice at any time and shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
The Offer is not available to customers who have previously signed up to a special Contact mobile offer in the last 6 months and is not available in conjunction with any other mobile or energy offers.
The Offer is only available to residential electricity customers of Contact on standard payment plans. The Offer is not available to PrePay customers.
