1. THE OFFER
1.1 You’ll be able to enjoy up to $300 energy credit when you add Contact broadband using the promo code ‘CONTACT300’ (“the Offer”).
1.2 For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the Offer is applied correctly to your electricity account:
1.3 If you add broadband services, you will receive one $75 (incl. GST) monthly credit to your electricity account for four months, totalling $300.
1.4 There are instances where a credit may appear as exclusive of GST. In that case, the credit will reflect the amount of $65.22. The credit will be applied to your Contact account within 30 days from when you are successfully connected to Contact electricity and broadband services.
1.5 Only one Broadband joining Offer is available per electricity account.
1.6 The Offer is valid for a limited time only. Contact reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend this Offer without notice at any time and shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
1.7 The Offer credit is not transferable, refundable nor redeemable for cash or cash equivalents.
If you cancel your Broadband service prior to the last Offer credit(s) being applied, any remaining monthly credits for the cancelled service(s) will be forfeit. If you cancel your Contact electricity account, any remaining Offer monthly credits will be forfeit.
1.8 By applying the Broadband promo code to your account, you acknowledge you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 The Offer is available to new or existing Contact customers who:
an eligible Contact Broadband service at the same address using the promo code CONTACT300.
2.2 Contact Broadband services are only available to residential electricity customers who:
2.3 The Offer is not available to customers who have signed up for a special Contact Broadband offer within the last six months, nor is it available in conjunction with any other broadband, mobile, or energy offers.
2.4 If you leave Contact within 30 days from when you are successfully connected to Contact services, the Offer will cease to apply, and no credit or refund will be given.
2.5 Contact reserves the right to investigate any activity it suspects to be fraudulent or not in good faith. Contact reserves the right to decline the Offer or remove credits from your account if it considers you have acted fraudulently or not in good faith.
These terms and conditions should be read alongside any other terms and conditions that apply to your services with Contact (including, our general terms and conditions for residential and business customers, our residential special plan terms and conditions, and Contact Broadband terms and conditions).
The Offer will be governed by New Zealand law.
