Contact Energy WELCOME100 Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of the WELCOME100 Promotion (the Promotion) is Contact Energy Limited (“us/we/Contact”).
2. The Promotion is available to new residential Contact customers who:
   • a. apply to join Contact for energy services and are accepted as a Contact customer for these services, and
   • b. are successfully connected using the Promotion code (WELCOME100) online at contact.co.nz.
3. The Promotion is available for a limited time only. We reserve the right to terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion without notice at any time. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
4. The Promotion is not available to those who have been Contact customers within 6 months prior to connection.
5. The Promotion is applied as an upfront $100 (incl. GST) bill credit. The credit will automatically be applied to your first energy bill with us.
6. The credit is not transferable, refundable nor redeemable for cash or cash equivalents.
7. These terms and conditions should be read alongside any other terms and conditions that apply to your services with Contact (including, our general terms and conditions for residential and business customers and our residential special plan terms and conditions).
8. The Promotion will be governed by New Zealand law.
