Pay for your electricity up front, just like a prepaid mobile phone. You control how much you pay and when you pay.

Pay your bill now

You can pay online anytime with your credit card. Just log in to ‘My Account’ below, and look for ‘Pay Bill’ in the menu.

Get My Account

My Account gives you 24/7 access to view and change your energy account details. You can pay your bill, view and compare your usage, set up direct debit payments, SmoothPay and much more.

Why choose email bills?

You can get your bills by email or post. There’s a $2.30 (incl GST) fee for each paper bill sent to you in the post. But email billing is free, convenient and environmentally friendly.
