Electricity Authority Levy and Gas Industry Company fees change notice

From 01 October 2026, the Electricity Authority Levy and Gas Industry Company Fees component(s) of your bill will change slightly. 

• For Residential and Business customers, the Electricity Authority Levy will increase from 0.19 cents/kWh to 0.20 cents/kWh.
• For Business customers, the Gas Industry Company Fees will decrease from 0.05 cents/kWh to 0.04 cents/kWh.

These adjustments are due to recent changes from the Electricity Authority and the Gas Industry Company and will impact both new and existing customers.
