The Broadband Bundle plan is our Basic energy rates plus a sharper broadband price.

On the Broadband Bundle plan you save $5 off your broadband when bundled with electricity, or save $10 when bundled with electricity and natural gas. To get this special pricing new customers must join the Broadband Bundle plan or existing customers must switch to this plan. Our standard broadband prices apply when added to any other electricity plans.

Any savings associated with the Good Weekends plan will vary depending on your meter setup, how you use electricity overall, and particularly how much usage you shift to the free period (9am-5pm every Saturday and Sunday). Everyone’s usage is different.
On the Good Weekends plan, you must have an eligible and actively communicating electricity smart meter.
While the electricity usage is free on this plan between 9am-5pm every Saturday and Sunday, the daily charge will still apply.
There may be times when we need to estimate your electricity usage, for example where the meter fails to communicate actual read data or where you switch off the mains for a short period of time. Any estimates will be subsequently corrected with actual meter read data where available, and if there’s a difference between the estimates and actual reads, we’ll invoice or credit you the amount for any differences in calculated charges. If this occurs persistently or continuously, we may need to move you to another plan. We’ll notify you should this occur.
We rely on your smart meter sending us actual read data every 30 minutes to be able to invoice you accurately. In situations where your smart meter fails to communicate actual read data persistently or for 3 or more continuous days, we may need to move you to another plan (at our sole discretion) to be able to invoice you. We will notify you should this occur. Please contact us if you plan to turn off your smart meter for more than 3 days.

The free period is for electricity usage (fair use applies) and excludes gas charges. This plan is for customers with an eligible smart meter (use the address checker to find out if you have the right meter).

Important things to know

Any savings associated with the Good Nights plan will vary depending on your meter setup, how you use electricity overall, and particularly how much usage you shift to the free period (9pm-midnight, Monday to Friday). Everyone’s usage is different, a fair use policy applies. If your average Free Period usage per week exceeds 200kWh, which is around 5 times the average electricity used by our customers per week during the Free Period, your usage will not be considered fair use. We may get in touch to discuss this.

Recharge your batteries all night long, for half price between 9pm-7am every single night on our Good Charge plan.

The half price night rates are for electricity usage charges (i.e., not the daily charges) and exclude any gas charges. This plan is only available for customers with an eligible smart meter (use the address checker to find out if you have the right meter).

Night rates from 9pm-7am are 50% cheaper than day rates on this plan.
