How to get your $600 energy credit

Add broadband

Add broadband to your electricity account using promo code BB300 and get a $300 energy credit.

Add mobile

Bring your mobile to Contact, pick an endless data plan and activate your SIM within 30 days to get a $300 energy credit. (Just make sure you use the same name and email address as your energy account.)

How does the energy credit work?

Once your broadband service is connected, you'll receive four monthly $75 energy credits (totalling $300 including GST).

If you also add mobile services and activate your SIM within 30 days, you'll receive twelve monthly $25 energy credits (totalling $300 including GST). That's a total of $600 in credits.

On your bill, the $75 credit will show as $65.22 excluding GST on your PDF bill and $75 including GST on your digital bill. 

The $25 credit will show as $21.74 excluding GST on your PDF bill and $25 including GST on your digital bill.


Anything else I need to know?

If you cancel your Broadband and/or Mobile service prior to the last offer credits being applied, any remaining monthly credits for the cancelled services will be forfeited.

Broadband is not available without electricity. You need to have at least your residential electricity with us at the same address to go, and remain, on our broadband product. You must have an electricity account to receive the credit for adding mobile services. The credit for adding mobile goes onto your electricity account so you need to keep this with us to stay eligible.

When adding mobile, make sure you enter your account number correctly so we can apply your credit.
