Join on one of our mobile plans and if you're not happy with your coverage within the first 30 days, we'll give you your money back.
The Network Guarantee applies to new Contact mobile services.
To make a claim, you’ll need to get in touch with us within 30 days from the date of your plan activation and advise us about your network issues.
If we find you suffered a material coverage issue during the first month of your service, you will receive a refund for the monthly Base Plan you signed up for.
Any additional charges you have incurred on top of the Base Plan costs after the date of purchase will not be refunded. This means that if you've been overseas and have any roaming charges, or charges for things like calls or TXTs to premium numbers or international calls that aren’t included in your plan, you’ll still need to pay these.
If you’re adding a new service to your current Contact account, the Network Guarantee only applies to the new service and not to existing services on the account – unless the existing services are less than 30 days themselves and are also eligible.
We will accept a maximum of one claim under our Network Guarantee every 12 months, but this doesn’t affect any other rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
