Am I eligible for SmoothPay?

SmoothPay is available if you have: 

  • residential electricity
  • business electricity
  • natural gas
  • reticulated LPG

You can’t get SmoothPay if you have: 

  • Prepay
  • weekly or fortnightly billing
  • Time of Use
  • Collective billing
  • had a payment arrangement fail in the last 12 months
  • an overdue balance 

Some other exclusions may apply.
