To make a one-off payment by credit card, you’ll need to sign into My Account or our app.
Once you’re signed in, it’s quick and easy to do from the ‘Pay Bill’ menu option. Your payment will show instantly on your account.
To set up a direct debit on your credit card, you’ll need to do it over the phone using our secure automated system. You don’t need to speak to an advisor. Call 0800 80 9000 to do this.
