When you let us know you want to make changes, you’ll be shown the plans and services available to you at your new address. If gas is available at your new address, you’ll be shown the relevant plan to you.
Internet not working?
The planned broadband outage has been fixed but if you’re still having trouble getting online, please:
- Turn off your fibre box (ONT) for 30 seconds before turning it back on.
- Turn off your modem and turn it back on straight away.
