Group up and save

Here's how to set up a Group with your crew

1. Sign in to your contact mobile account or open the Contact mobile app
2. Head to the My Contact tab and select Groups
3. Hit the 'Invite new member' button and enter the phone number of the Contact mobile customer that you would like to invite (they'll need to already be a Contact mobile customer, have a Medium or Large plan and have received their first bill).
4. That’s it! Just let your Group know that they have an invitation waiting for them in their account so they can sign in and accept.

As long as there is a Group owner paying full price for their plan then all of the other Group members will score themselves the same plan for $25 per month. If the Group owner leaves then another member of the Group will start paying full price for their plan instead. 

Here's how to set up a Group with kids

Once you’ve joined yourself, you can buy additional plans on your same account for people you’d like to be in your Group but don’t have their own account.

Each plan gets its own bill and you can choose different payment cards, which is handy if you’d like those Group members to pay their own way.

Once your extra SIMs arrive, you can add them to your Group following the same steps for setting up a new Group.

If you are new to Contact mobile:

1. When you activate your new Contact mobile SIM you'll receive your first bill. This will be for your full plan price.
2. Give your phone number to the person whose Group you want to join.
3. If you're moving your existing phone number to Contact then wait until the transfer is complete before giving it to the Group owner.
4. Once the Group owner has invited you, sign in to your Contact mobile account and head to the Groups section to accept your invite.
5. Once you've joined your Group, your plan price will change to $25 per month from your next billing cycle.

If you’re already on Contact mobile:

1. Give your phone number to the person whose Group you want to join.
2. Once the Group owner has invited you, sign in to your Contact mobile account and head to the Groups section to accept your invite.
3. Once you've joined your Group, your plan price will change to $25 per month from your next billing cycle.
