It’s easy! If you want to join Contact it only takes a few minutes. Find a plan that best suits you, answer a few simple questions and we'll take care of the rest.
If you're an existing Contact customer, simply click on the Choose Plan button above and follow the instructions. You'll need your account number handy. This is only available for customers not already on a fixed plan.
Sign up for My Account and you'll be able to see your monthly power usage online or via our app (If you have a smart meter, you'll get daily and hourly data too).
You can pay using your card (a Card Processing Fee applies, refer to Service Fees), internet banking or set up a direct debit. The Basic plan is also available with SmoothPay and Contact PrePay. Please check out our Pay Bill page for information and options.
