Customer Value Survey 2023 Competition Terms and Conditions
Contact Energy Limited ("Contact Energy", “Contact”, “us”, “we”, “our”) collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the prize draw. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant will not be eligible to win. Acceptance of the Prize is deemed consent for Contact Energy to use the winner's details, photographs and/or videos for promotional and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. The promotion period runs from 1 August 2023 to 30 September 2023 (the “Promotional Period”). Contact reserves the right to change the end date at its sole discretion.
Entries are limited to existing Contact Energy customers who are invited to respond to the survey.
The prize draw will be for one of five $100 account credits (the “Prize”) and the winners will be drawn randomly via sweepstake by Contact Energy within two weeks of the end date of the Promotional Period (the “Prize Draw”).
To enter the Prize Draw, you must complete the survey during the Promotional Period. The winners will be drawn from the entrants that comply with clause 4 and 5 and any other relevant term or condition contained in these terms and conditions.
Contact Energy's decisions on all matters, including eligibility of entries, operation of Prize Draws and allocation of Prizes is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
There may only be one entry per person and the winner will be contacted via email within one week from the date that the winner is drawn in accordance with clause 4. Prize winners will need to provide information to allow Contact to fulfil delivery of the Prize. If the required information is not provided within seven days then the winner will forfeit their Prize and another winner will be selected and contacted.
All Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Contact Energy retains the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original Prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The promotion is not open to employees of Contact Energy, their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation or administration of the promotion.
No responsibility is taken for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server functions, virus, bugs or any other causes outside Contact Energy's control.
Contact Energy assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the Prize or any damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone relating to or resulting from participation in the promotion.
The promotion will be governed by New Zealand law.
